1. About SmartAdds.net
SmartAdds.net is an online classifieds and e-commerce platform allowing users to post, browse, and respond to listings, and to purchase products sold directly through the platform, in Pakistan and other regions we operate in.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post a listing on SmartAdds.net.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account’s confidentiality and for providing accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Posting Listings
Listings must not include false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Paid Listings & Fees
Certain listing types require payment as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-transferable between accounts.
6. Transactions Between Users
SmartAdds.net connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions between users. All transactions are at users’ own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartAdds.net and LuckyKhail Consultants are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including losses from user transactions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
