1. Paid Services
SmartAdds.net offers paid listing options, including featured and premium ad placements, as described on our Pricing page.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if a technical error prevented your listing from publishing, or if you were charged more than once for the same listing.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after publishing, listings removed for violating our Terms, or dissatisfaction with results generated by a listing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@smartadds.net or +92 322 8555859 with your order details.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
