This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from SmartAdds.net, operated by LuckyKhail Consultants.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the countries shown at checkout. Shipping options and costs depend on the destination and the product.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is processed. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Typical ranges:
- Products shipped from a local warehouse in the destination country: 3 to 7 business days
- Products shipped from overseas warehouses: 10 to 30 days, depending on the shipping method and destination
Large or heavy items (such as electric bicycles) and products containing batteries are subject to special carrier handling and shipping restrictions. These items may have higher shipping costs, longer delivery times, or may not be available for every destination. Availability and delivery time are confirmed on the product page and at checkout.
Delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather, holidays or carrier issues.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination. Any free-shipping offer is shown on the product page or at checkout.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email and in your account. Tracking may take 2 to 5 days to show updates after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by customs. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to change an address.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the last estimated delivery date) at contact@smartadds.net or +92 322 8555859 with your order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Returns & Refund Policy for Products.
